We had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving weekend in NY Midtown as well as
in Long Island. We had so much fun. It all began with our itinerary
arriving via email! :-) Thanks for all the planning Grandma. All I
have to say is it worked out beautifully and was fantastic. We all had the best
time ever! The kids didn't even squabble.
NY here we come!

Photos - Night 1 - Alan and Heidi to Book of Mormon - very funny and irreverent, but funny. After the show we roamed around Times Square. Mom and the kids to Mary Poppins.
Thanksgiving Day! To our surprise, the Macy's parade was right
out of our hotel window. We watched for a while in the warmth of our room and
then headed out for breakfast. We then decided to go back to the room and then
catch the rest of the parade outside LIVE! It was perfect timing to see
the last few floats and Santa. It was quite the chore to get the kids up
on shoulders, but we did it.

Just Roaming the city stopped by Grandma's office, Rockefeller Center, and more
Off to the famous Radio City Music Hall to see the Rockettes then time for
Thanksgiving Dinner. Fantastic!
Black Friday - Hit the City again road the subway, checked out the Empire
State Bld., looked at the shop windows decorated for Xmas, and St. Patrick's
Cathedral.

Then the boys went to The Lion King (Loved it!), while the girls headed to
American Girl Doll! (Loved it!) I have to say we all had a blast.

Time to visit with Friends. Thank Mary Jane for the fantastic dinner and
evening, then back to Long Island for the remainder of the weekend.
Hanging out at Grandma's in the morning. It was gorgeous out. We were then
able to visit with Friends and Family.
